HS 136 — Improving Interpersonal Communication (5 cr)
Designed to help people live more effectively through improved communication skills. Study, awareness and practice of these skills will enhance students' effectiveness in beginning, maintaining and ending relationships. Students will gain skills in managing controversy, stress and anger. The course is a balance between theory and practice of the skills and concepts involved in becoming an effective communicator.
